Please note:
1. Some items are too heavy or large to qualify for our standard shipping rates. We will contact you before we ship your order if the shipping charge will exceed the stated cost. In most cases if the shipping will cost more than is stated here it will be displayed right after the name of the product.
2. Shipping times are from the day of shipment. For example, if your order ships on a Monday via one Day Delivery it will arrive on Tuesday, via 2 Day Delivery, it will arrive on Wednesday and if via Three Day Delivery it will arrive on Thursday. Nothing ships on Saturday or Sunday so if you order on a weekend, it will ship on Monday.
3. If your product is backordered or delayed, you will be notified via e-mail.
4. Some orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Rural areas and US Territories may take longer to arrive and/or cost more to ship.
5. We may use UPS, DHL, Fed Ex, or USPS to ship your products. A tracking number may or may not be available. If one is available we will send it to you via e-mail. If one isn't available and your product has not arrived within two business days of the estimate, please contact us at support@gearforadventure.com and we will help you in any way we can.
6. We may or may not be able to ship to APO's, or FPO's. When we do ship to these addresses, the only carrier allowed is USPS. There is no provision for three day, second day, or next day shipments.
7. We are currently only shipping to the USA.
8. Please keep in mind the shipping company may need a signature for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery they may or may not leave it. It is at the discretion of the driver depending on location and security of the package. If you miss the shipment and need it quickly you can usually make arrangements with the shipping company to pick it up at the local office.
