The Trangia Mini 28-T is great for the ultralight lone hiker that likes hot foods and drinks.  The simmer ring allows you to turn down the temperature and to put out the stove before the fuel runs out.  It is quality made in Sweden for years of reliable use.  The Mini Trangia comes with a .8 Liter Aluminum Saucepan, and non stick frying pan that doubles as a lid, a windshield, a spirit burner and an ultralight handle.  

Trangia stoves are easy to use.  Simply pour the alcohol into the center of the stove and light it.  The Mini Trangia will burn for about 25 minutes when it's full.  You can easily put out the flame by completely closing the simmer ring and putting it over the burner.  The screw on lid of the burner is fuel-proof, so you can store some fuel in the burner itself.
