Best of all, these durable crampons weigh in at a mere 19 oz per pair, so they won’t slow you down on snow and ice. And when you’re not wearing them, the KTS folds into a compact package. Totally flexible and adjustable, thanks to Kahtoolas patented LeafSpring® extender bar.  Each KTS features the Kahtoola LeafSpring extender bar, which flexes naturally with all your footwear. Made from two layers of stainless spring steel, this innovation connects the toe and heel pieces, offering tool-free adjustment.  Two sizes come with each KTS to cover a range of 10 shoe sizes… you simply change the extender bar and adjust for your running shoe, snow boot, or whatever.
