Returns\Defects: Our ultimate goal here at Gear for Adventure is to have very happy customers to encourage repeat and referral business. You may return any unopened items for 30 days from dated receipt. We will refund your purchase price less any shipping charges. If your order qualified for free shipping we still had to pay to ship it to you, so the refund will be less that amount. If there was a mistake on our part, we will refund the shipping charges also. If you have received a product that is not functioning or breaks within the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer. If you prefer, we will assist in contacting the manufacturer if the product is still under warranty. Please send e-mails to support@gearforadventure.com.
