The Black Diamond Contour Elliptic Trekking Poles feature twice the fore/aft stiffness and easy to use flicklock adjustment.  Equally adept on snow, dirt and rock, the Black Diamond Contour Elliptic is a strong, versatile, high-mileage pole built for comfortable and secure navigation across variable terrain. Thanks to its elliptic shaft, the pole has twice the fore and aft stiffness of round-shafted poles. For increased comfort, the Contour Elliptic features a 15-degree corrective angle, 360-degree padded webbing, and ergonomic ovalized foam grip. The pole’s dual FlickLock® adjustment is efficient and simple to operate even with gloves on…in the dark…in a rainstorm…with 40-mph wind gusts. On the business end, the pole comes outfitted with Long Flex Tips and easy-to-swap-out trekking and powder baskets for year-round hiking versatility.
