The Big Agnes Zirkel SL Sleeping Bag is a mummy bag rated to 15 Degrees and uses High Quality 800 Fill Power Down Insulation that weighs less and packs smaller than synthetic Insulation. An integrated Tech Pad sleeping pad sleeve ensures you won't slide off your sleeping pad and get cold in the middle of the night. The Big Agnes Zirkel SL Sleeping Bag is a mummy sleeping bag that packs down smaller and decreases weight.
Don't forget the Sleeping Pad! Big Agnes takes the insulation out of the bottom of the sleeping bag because when insulation is compressed, it doesn't work. They put a sleeve in place of the insulation so you can slide in your sleeping pad and it makes the bag pack smaller and weigh less.
All Big Agnes Sleeping Bags require a Sleeping pad. The regular length bag needs a 72" long pad and the long version requires a 78" pad. With Big Agnes's Tech Pad Sleeve, you don't have the have the exact sleeping pad. You can use a Rectangular or Mummy sleeping pad with this bag, as long as it's 20" wide.
